24/7 Emergency Roofing in Middle Tennessee

When a storm tears off shingles or a tree limb punches through the decking, every hour of exposure adds to the damage inside your home. Our emergency response stops the water first — with tarping or a temporary patch — then schedules the permanent repair. We answer emergency calls around the clock because Middle Tennessee storms do not keep business hours, and a fast tarp can be the difference between a ceiling repair and a gutted room.

FAQ

Emergency Roofing Questions

What counts as a roofing emergency?
Any situation where water is actively entering your home, or where the roof structure is exposed and the next rain will cause damage — blown-off shingles, a tree-limb puncture, torn flashing after high wind, or a sudden ceiling leak. If you are not sure, call us and describe it; we will tell you whether it needs immediate tarping or can wait for a scheduled repair.
Should I get on the roof myself to cover it?
No. A wet or storm-damaged roof is dangerous, and an improperly placed tarp can funnel water under shingles and make the leak worse. Move valuables out from under the leak, put down a bucket and towels, photograph the damage from inside, and call us. Getting onto a compromised roof is exactly the risk we are equipped to handle and you should not.
Will emergency tarping be enough until repairs?
A properly installed emergency tarp will keep weather out for days to a few weeks while we schedule and complete the permanent repair, and while you start an insurance claim if needed. It is a controlled stop-gap, not a fix — but it buys the time to do the real repair correctly instead of rushing it in the rain.
Do you document damage for insurance during an emergency?
Yes, and it matters. Before we tarp or patch, we photograph the damage in its original state, because adjusters want to see what actually happened. We keep that documentation and can walk you through starting the claim — see our insurance claim assistance service for the full process.
